How it Happens

The minimum duration for the “Active Party” is 90 minutes, but if you have more than 12 children attending, please add an additional 30 minutes per 6 children - This will allow them all to receive either a beautiful face-paint or balloon (depending on what you choose.)

Expect the entertainer to arrive bright and early - 10 minutes before the arranged party start time. This is to allow the entertainer to meet with the special birthday child and discuss things briefly with the host before setting up. We generally begin with either the face-painting or ballooning (based on your choice) In this way there is a relaxed atmosphere and easy way for the entertainers to connect with the kids before explaining and coordinating the games, which consist of: Tug of war, musical statues, sack races, limbo, pass the parcel, egg and spoon races and musical bumps.

One entertainer can comfortably manage two activities for up to 12 children in the 90-minute time slot. If you’re expecting more guests, we recommend extending the party time to ensure everyone gets a turn.

What to Expect

Everything you need to throw the perfect kids party. Here’s exactly how it works from booking to the final sack race.

  1. Book the Package Online

    Pick your date and Active party size, choose your date and time, choose your payment type (invoice or card). We will check the details and send you a booking confirmation.

  2. We Arrive 15 Minutes Early

    Your entertainer/s arrives ahead of schedule to set up the music and equipment, say hello to the birthday kid, and run through the entertainment plan with you.

  3. Let the Party Begin

    We generally start with 45 minutes of balloon art or face-painting followed by our active kids party games which include all the classics the kids know and love.

  4. We Pack Up and Go

    We pack up, clean up and leave the venue exactly as we found it. No mess, no fuss. Just a party full of tired, happy kids and big smiles.

Games Program: Our Austin party entertainers play all the classic kids’ games — musical statues, limbo, pass-the-parcel, parachute games, red light/green light, tug of war, sack races, egg and spoon relay and tail tag. On the day, the host picks the right mix based on the age group and the space available.
