How do I check availability?
Pick the service you want, hit the “Book” button, and you’ll be taken straight to our live calendar. All of our Austin entertainers keep their schedules synced with the website, so what you see is always current.
Can I see images of your work?
Yep! Every photo on our site is from real events we’ve done, and you can find even more party snaps and videos over on our Instagram.
Can I choose my entertainer?
Where possible, you’ll be able to request a specific entertainer during checkout. If they’re free at your chosen time, we’ll lock them in for you.
What are the payment terms?
To secure your booking, full payment is required at checkout. You’re welcome to pay by credit card, debit card, or EFT.
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens — if you cancel at least 14 days before your event, we refund 95% of the booking. For cancellations with less than 2 weeks’ notice, we refund 75%.
