Some FAQ's
How far in advance should I book entertainment for my Circle C party?
Circle C is a planning-ahead kind of neighborhood — and we mean that as a compliment. The community calendar is busy, the HOA spaces book up early, and parents here tend to lock things in well in advance. Six weeks ahead is normal, four weeks works comfortably, and even shorter notice can sometimes happen if you’re flexible on entertainer or time slot. If you’re booking the Circle C Community Center or Swim Center, those need to go in even earlier — they get scooped up by neighborhood families months out, especially around the Spring Fling season.
Where can I host a kids party in Circle C?
The Circle C Community Center and Swim Center are the heavyweight options here — both bookable through the HOA and both perfect for a birthday bash, with pool parties being especially popular from May through September. Slaughter Creek Metropolitan Park has trail-friendly outdoor space if you want something a little wilder. Plenty of Circle C parents skip all that and just host in the backyard — the homes here are made for it. Wherever you land, our entertainers come fully prepped with games, props, balloons, faces — the works.
Do you travel to Circle C at no extra cost?
Yes. Circle C falls inside our free travel zone — no fees, no fuel costs, no surprise add-ons. We include travel anywhere within an hour of downtown Austin, and Circle C is a straight shot down Mopac for us. All you do is point us toward the cake.
